Jennie Kim, born January 16, 1996, is a South Korean singer, rapper and songwriter, best known as a member of the K-pop girl group Blackpink, which debuted in 2016. As a soloist she released the 2018 single "Solo", whose music video was the first by a Korean female soloist to pass one billion YouTube views, and her 2023 single "You & Me" reached number one on a Billboard Global chart.
